When buying a domain at BusinessBuySell.com you accept and agree to all terms listed below.

Sales Terms:

All sold domains are “as is” without any warranty impressed or implied.

Once the domain is transferred to purchaser, BusinessBuySell.com is released from any and all obligation and liability.

All sales are final and non-refundable without exception.

Domain Sales Guidelines:

By default all domain transactions sold under $1K will be handled by PayPal. Payments $1K or more will be handled using escrow.com.

Escrow Services:

The purchaser agrees to pay all escrow service fees.

Appraisal Services:

Domain Purchasers are invited to obtain independent appraisals of domains at the purchaser’s own expense.

Domain Pushes and Transfers:

In most cases, domain pushes and transfers to your prefered Registrar can be initiated within one (1) business day of confirmed purchase.
